Untitled as usualI'm all of the bones you could not break;
So tell the earthquake that I won't shake.
Haven't seen a sign in a thousand miles;
I need to see one for heavens sake.
I'm the scarecrow on your balcony,
Motionless in your eyes.
I'm the picket in your fence,
I'm the one that you despise.
Please don't take me for a fool,
What you do is always harsh and cruel,
Like the things about me you said in school,
Which I chose to ignore instead.
I'm the extra card inside the deck,
The noose around your broken neck;
A man who's lost his self respect,
Such lies I have been fed.
I'm the body in the plastic bag,
Like all the boys, who we know are slag.
I'm the plushie toy beside your bed;
The source of comfort you never had.
Now I see that the bones you broke,
Were just a part of a badly written joke;
And now I see a sign bold and clear saying,
'What the hell are you doing here?'
